About Us

With broad experience in equipment sales and the brokerage of grain elevators and fertilizer plants, Dennis E. Vogan founded the business in 1983. Gage Bredfeldt began working with Mid-States Appraisal in 2017 with several years of commercial real estate appraisal experience. Gage completed purchase of the business in 2023. Over the past 40 years, we have appraised more than 2,200 agribusiness facilities. Gage will continue the further growth and development of this company.
